The Baths Hall & The Plowright Theatre (Part of North Lincolnshire Council)

Outdoor Advertising in Scunthorpe.

We were approached by the marketing team at North Lincolnshire Council in early 2022 to run an outdoor advertising campaign throughout the year to promote their entertainment venues in Scunthorpe.

A bus and billboard campaign were recommended, both of which they booked – but splitting the operation into 3 parts.

Part 1 involved traditional billboards on Station Road in Scunthorpe for 2 weeks in February and on Winterton Road in Scunthorpe for 2 weeks in March. These promoted The Baths Hall and The Plowright Theatre.

Part 2 consisted of a bus advertising campaign running for 4 weeks in mid-April. A mix if “Lower Rears” and “Streetliners” were used to promote “Theatres Direct”- a way for customers to receive the latest news and offers sent to them via e-mail.

Part 3 in July, was a 4 week long rotating advertisement on the digital billboard (D48 Screen) on Brigg Road in Scunthorpe, to promote “Cinderella” the Christmas 2022 pantomime (featuring local panto legend “Annie Fanny”!!!) at The Baths Hall.

Subsequently we were approached by The Baths Hall again in September to promote 3 shows running in October – “Queenz” on 7th October, “Arrival” – an ABBA tribute on 8th October and “Some Guys Have All The Luck” – a Rod Stewart tribute on 28th October.
