Hays Travel – Grantham Store Launch
The Challenge
Hays Travel approached us looking for support to promote the opening of their new store in the Isaac Newton Shopping Centre in Grantham, launching on 6th March.
The brief was simple but time-sensitive. They wanted strong local awareness in the run-up to opening day, making sure people in the area knew a new Hays Travel store was arriving in town.
Our Thinking
With a clear local audience in mind, we recommended a high-impact digital billboard in Grantham. The aim was to create consistent visibility on one of the town’s busiest routes, ensuring the message was seen repeatedly by commuters and residents in the days leading up to the launch.
A D48 screen on Harlaxton Road offered exactly that. Prominent positioning, strong traffic flow and excellent dwell time.
The Approach
The campaign ran for two weeks in the run-up to the store opening, giving Hays Travel a steady build of awareness ahead of launch day.
The large-format digital screen delivered bold, highly visible messaging, ensuring the new store opening became part of the local conversation.
The Outcome
A quick, effective campaign that provided strong visibility in Grantham at exactly the right time. The client was delighted with how quickly the campaign was turned around and the level of exposure the Harlaxton Road screen delivered in the lead-up to their opening.
