The Client

Goodlord is an all-in-one lettings platform on a mission to modernise the rental process. By combining smart technology with genuine customer service, they cut out unnecessary paperwork, speed up transactions, and make the rental journey fairer and more efficient for agents, landlords, and tenants alike. The result? Less admin, more focus on growing a business.

The Brief

We’ve worked with Goodlord for several years, supporting their recruitment activity as they expand across the country. This time, they came to us with two campaigns running in parallel, one in Sheffield, one in Lincoln. Both aimed at attracting new talent to their growing teams in each city.

The Campaign

With a defined budget for both cities, we focused on making every pound work as hard as possible. The D48 digital billboard screens, which are large format, high traffic, impossible to miss, were the natural backbone of both campaigns.

Sheffield launched first, with the Lincoln campaign following shortly after. That stagger turned out to be well-timed. By the time we were finalising Lincoln, Smart Outdoor had just launched their new D6 digital screens at CO-OP stores across the area. We moved quickly to get Goodlord on them. We added screens at the Hykeham and Sleaford CO-OP stores alongside the two D48s on Dixon Street. It gave the Lincoln campaign an extra layer of reach, putting Goodlord’s message in front of local shoppers as well as commuters and road users.

Both campaigns ran for four weeks across June 2026, giving the recruitment push time to build momentum and land with the right audiences in both cities.

The Result

The client was delighted with both campaigns and we’re already in conversation about what comes next as Goodlord continues to grow its national footprint.
